Handmade Ceramic Vase — Spanish Caramel Clay, Partly Glazed Matte Finish, No. 103

Made from high-quality Spanish caramel clay, bisque-fired and then fired at high temperature, which leaves it watertight, robust and long-lived. The outside is partly glazed with a refined matte surface. It suits fresh flowers, dried stems or a single branch equally well, and holds its own as a minimalist object with nothing in it at all. No. 103 of the artist's personal challenge to make 1000 unique vases.
